If you have previously agreed to such an arbitration clause, you may opt out of any changes to your previous arbitration agreement made by this provision in the manner set forth below, but the cancellation of this provision does not affect any prior, other or future arbitration agreements you have with Lyft. If you have not previously agreed to such an arbitration clause and do not wish to be subject to this Arbitration Agreement with respect to the Driver`s Claims, you may opt out of arbitration with respect to such claims, other than those that are the subject of an ongoing action, by notifying Lyft in writing of your wish to dismiss arbitration for such claims. which handwriting must be dated, signed and emailed to arbitrationoptout@lyft.com.
