Chsp Grant Agreements

To apply for a Group A grant, you must complete the CHSP application form for COVID-19, which outlines the proposed model for service delivery and identifies the need for emergency funding to combat COVID-19. You can access a proposal form by contacting your financing arrangement manager or CHSPprogram@health.gov.au. amend the grant agreements of eligible CHSP providers to better reflect their performance and local service delivery requirements. This is a non-application-based process. The authorized organizations are not obliged to apply for this grant. The purpose of this grant is to provide limited financial assistance to existing chsp service providers to enable them to respond to unforeseen and exceptional circumstances that have a direct impact on existing service agreements beyond the recipient`s control. We cannot consider your eligibility for a grant if you do not meet the eligibility criteria. To qualify for a Group A grant, you must have a comprehensive and comprehensive financial assistance agreement with the Commonwealth to provide the services of the CHSP. This grant opportunity provides grants to two groups of CHSP suppliers, Group A PSCH providers, who provide all types of activities, and CHSP meal providers.

On April 2, 2019, the Australian government announced the extension of the CHSP funding agreements from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022. The objectives of this grant option are as follows: in order to qualify for this grant opportunity, you must have a full grant agreement with the Commonwealth to provide CHSP services that expire on June 30, 2020. The department is aware that there may be a number of new organizations in the CHSP that have been successful during the 2019-20 growth funding cycle (GO2783). These organizations can benefit from this grant opportunity as soon as their grant agreement with the Department is concluded and implemented. The eligible organization is not required to apply for this grant option. For Group B grants, the department will provide additional funding to all eligible CHSP food suppliers. In general, the level of funding for CHSP suppliers remains unchanged. However, the Department of Health will use the extension procedure to reduce the level of funding available to PSCH recipients who have not spent all of their grants in the past.
